Spirit Packs (exclusive of attachment which will go out in email)

*Spirit Pack Payments need to be made to ASB (Mrs. Vita) as soon as possible. $33 made out to CHS ASB. Have your child keep the receipt to show me proof of payment. Still expecting to be poolside on Wednesday to hand out T-shirts and sweatshirts. Suits are expected within the next couple weeks. 

*Extra Items can be ordered through Wednesday at 3pm as well. I've attached an order form. Checks should be made out to CHS ASB. Order form and checks to me at the pool or in the Boys Water Polo Box in the school office. We have duffels ($23), Men's Sport-Tek polo shirts (sizes XS - 6XL, $33), Men's Flex-fit hats ($24), Women's corduroy hat ($24), and adult sweatpants ( XS - 4XL, $29). *Finally and most exciting, a wonderful family has graciously offered to fund the new Boys Water Polo Parka's! I'm not sure if they wish to remain anonymous, so until I clarify that I must remain mum.
