We were a little late on alerting, especially the freshman, to the nail check procedure before games. At every game or tournament your first game there will be a nail check and sometimes your first game on the second day of a tournament. It is advisable to think of this issue ahead of time and do it yourself before you get to the pool. Another lesson on self reliance. The coaches should not need to provide nail clippers.

It was obvious Saturday morning that many had not read the blog post about the correct procedures for loading lanelines on the reels. Didn't happen Saturday but I found one of the tighteners broken when doing presetup Saturday. That results from not following the correct procedure. Repairs are costly and slow to get done so please find the procedure in a previous post and refresh yourself on how to do it correctly.
