Suit (speedo preferably), goggles, PROPER running shoes (no skate shoes, flip flops, casuals), socks, shorts, t-shirt, water.
You must have "waiver" signed before participating. All of you who have been conditioning this summer you've already had this signed. If you do not have this form, get it from me or Rodger this week at conditioning or just come with your child on the first day of practice and sign the form there.
This week is hard, but fun. You WANT to be a part of ALL of it.
Schedule:
Monday: 8am-10am
Tuesday: 10am-Noon
Wed: Noon-2pm
Thursday: 10am-Noon
Friday: 3pm-5pm
