Athletic Department Paperwork

    In addition to the "summer release of liability" form that is needed for preseason practice the normal athletic department paperwork will need to be submitted to the Athletic Department by 13 August in order to be allowed to participate. Once submitted to the athletic department and the payment of the athletic fee a copy of the emergency card needs to be brought to the pool to coach Langland. If you still need to get a physical, CHS has scheduled a clinic for them from 10:00-12:00 on Saturday 11 August. Debbie Lemos, athletic department secretary, will be in her office starting Monday 30 July to process your paperwork. So as not to get caught in the last minute rush, try and get your paperwork submitted and your emergency card to the pool before Monday the 13th.
    The tentative practice schedule for the season starting 13 August is the following:

Monday:  3:15-5:15 (All Girls, JV and F boys), 5:15-7:30 (V Boys)
Tues:  3:15-5:15 (All Boys), 5:15-7:30 (All Girls)
Wed:  3:15-5:15 (All Girls, JV Boys), 5:15-7:30 (V and Frosh Boys)
Thurs: 3:15-5:15 (All Girls, Frosh Boys), 5:15-7:30 (V and JV boys)
Fridays:  TBD depending on who's here and not traveling.  All 3 boys teams are going to 3 away tourneys.  Split pool when possible to allow for earlier end time on Fridays.
