Conditioning starts Monday morning 8am in the gym. Remember that you MUST have a signed "RELEASE" form signed by your parent before participating. We emailed that form out last week. If you need it emailed again for any reason or did not receive it, contact Coach Rodger at rlangland@comcast.net. He and I will both be out of town this weekend so do do it NOW!
Be ready to work on Monday morning. You must have these items:
1. Proper athletic shoes (no flip flops, skate shoes, etc)
2. Proper atheletic shorts and shirt (not big giant bagging, sagging cargo shorts)
3. Water
4. Sweat towel (you are going to sweat!)
Don't be late!
LEGACY STARTS MONDAY. HAVE YOU SIGNED UP? REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL GET OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOU PUT IN TO THIS SUMMER. DECIDE...COMMIT...SUCCEED
