The Pre-Season schedule has now been posted. These practices are not mandatory, but do provide great opportunity to get in better shape before the season really kicks into gear. Plus it's a lot of fun while working hard :)
Please show up 15-30 mins early to register.

Other important notes and items for preseason practice:
1) Goggles
2) Running shoes and proper attire for dryland conditioning
3) Your own water bottle
4) Snack (power bar)
5) Suit (speedo like suit is highly recommended but not necessary)
6) Waiver, signed by parent
7) An attitude that is ready to work :) "Embrace the Grind"
