Santa Cruz:
Lots of action and lots of press this week. We don't usually get a whole lot of news press, but the Herald was out to watch our Varsity come back against the defending league champions, Santa Cruz, from a 9-4 deficit at the end of the first half to win 11-10. The boys held Santa Cruz to only 1 goal in the 3rd and 4th quarter combined. The game winning goal came from the beautiful pass by Leo Gonzales-Smith to Kevan Auger with 22 secs. left. Goalie Carter Whitaker locked things down to close out the game. Kevan finished the game with 6 big goals.
