Well, it's that time of the season where the word "rivalry" takes on a new meaning. Most of our boys have grown up or played against the kids from RLS much of their lives and this makes for a great game each year. It has been a see-saw battle of sorts the past few years. Carmel came out on top in both games against RLS last year, but lost to them the year before two times. RLS varsity returns almost their entire team from last season. They are much improved. Carmel graduated 11 seniors from a CCS quarterfinalist and League Champion "Runner Up" team, but are rebuilding well. It should be a very close game. For comparison purposes, RLS beat Palma a few weeks ago 8-4. Carmel beat Palma in dramatic fashion 2 weeks ago in sudden death overtime 4-3. It should be an evenly matched game. You may want to get there early to get a good seat! Schedule for the RLS game is as follows.

Bring your friends, aunts, uncles, grandparents! I however may be absent. We are still awaiting the birth of our second child who is now 3 days past due date!! Hope to see you all there.
