Thank you to all of the parent volunteers that make Boys Water Polo so successful!!! This couldn't happen without you. And we still need more volunteers - both boys & parents...
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
1) Boys (& Parents) - Do you wear your Team Board Shorts??? If so - it's time to show your appreciation to the Athletic Boosters who provided the money to buy the shorts.
They need you to volunteer to help at the concession stand during a football game - either November 8th or November 15th (Shoe Game). This is only a 2 hour shift and you can get community service hours. Parents you are welcomed to volunteer too and make this a fun parent-son volunteering experience. Please contact Claire Kristl at kristl5@comcast.net to tell her when you're available. (Her phone number is in the Information Packet.)
2) JV Tournament Parents (or Siblings, Other Relatives, or Friends ) Volunteers Needed - We will be selling snacks on Friday and Saturday if we can find volunteers to run the snack cafe during the tournaments.
Also - homemade items sold very well - so if you're in a baking mood - please whip up a batch for the team (and of course you just might need a sample batch for home)!!! (All other food,drinks& supplies are already purchased and organized - so you won't need to do this. This is a very fun job!!!)
3) VARSITY AWAY TOURNAMENT FEE
This weekend the Varsity Team has an overnight away tournament. On Tuesday, please bring a check made payable to CHS ASB for $20 to cover your portion of the hotel. Bring the check to Mrs. Vita, ASB.
4) VARSITY BOYS PICTURES
Smile for the camera boys!!!! We have rescheduled the group photo for Varsity to Tuesday November 11th at 3:30. Please wear your team t-shirts and board shorts...and bring your best faces!
