Congratulations to the Boy's JV water polo team for winning their final three games of the season by defeating Valley Christian 12-5, Willow Glen 21-6, and Leland 15-6. They finished their season with a 20-4 record and were undefeated in league play for the fourth year running. Two of the season losses came at the hands of Bellarmine CP who had a 23-1 record this year. They lost to a very physical Menlo Atherton by a score of 4-8 and had to play Bellarmine immediately afterward with no rest. The loss to Archbishop Mitty was an 6-7 score, so we have been competitive at a high level this season. I believe we peaked at the end of the season and the Leland game was an outstanding example of solid defense, teamwork, and counterattacking skills. Way to go Padres!!!
