Drivers desperately needed

Dear Parents,

Hopefully everyone  has read the blog entry that was emailed to you yesterday about the need for more drivers.

 FOR FRIDAY:

The reality of the situation is that we only have 2 JV parents driving on Friday: 

Mike Whitaker can take 6 kids up and back & Lisa Crist can take 5 up only.

The 5 Frosh parents are driving up 13 players and driving back 18 players.  They are Mike Fletcher, Ken Doo, Ben Weber, and Kimberly White.

That total is 24 seats. Here's the rest of the math:

The JV has 17 on the team: 13 on the travel team + 4 more go if enough drivers

The Frosh have 21: 15 on travel team + 6 more go if enough drivers

That equals 28 seats total needed for Travel Team & 38 total for all players to go

WE ARE SHY 4 SEATS FOR THE TRAVEL TEAM! (14 for the whole team)

JV has only 2 parents driving on Friday

Frosh has 5 parents driving

SATURDAY:  We have enough to take all the players.  3 JV parents and 7 FRosh parents

As you can see by the math:  WE NEED MORE JV drivers tomorrow.

Let me known ASAP if you can drive.

Below is the link to the snack table sign-up list for this weekend.  We are about 60% there with sign-ups.  There was some confusion at the last tournament because many parents thought the $75 they paid at the beginning of the season pays for this food.  That $75 pays to stock up our home tournament snack bars with food that we then sell to raise funds for our water polo program.  

However, this is completely separate.  Our away tournaments are not funded by the $75 contribution.  We need as much help as possible to keep our players hydrated and fed during long days!  Thanks for your support.
