Rules from the Athletic Director related to both football and water polo activities on Saturday

Just a reminder for this weekend that we will be doing football games/water polo tournaments at the same time Saturday.

A few things you will need to communicate to your parents/coaches/players.  

1.  Parking - only coaches should be parking in the back - or people specific to run the tournament - No cars can be parked on the south side of the pool - make sure they have them up above the lower gate at the SE corner of the pool - that gate will be locked at 10am and will not allow anyone to leave til about 4pm, so make sure the parking.   This includes snack bar parents - they can't have their cars right outside the back of the boys locker rooms this week.  

2.  Fans/parents entrance - please notify the teams to access the pool using the access road that comes from the flagpole area of the parking lot.  No water polo folks will be allowed in the main gate after 10 am as the football games start their ticket sales at that point.  We will make some signs to help with that traffic

3.  Locker Rooms - there will be no locker room access - just access to the bathrooms that are located behind the football bleachers.  Fans from the tournament will be able to enter into the stadium for rest rooms - we will have some signs up to help with that as well.

4. Snack Bar - The Boosters main source of income is the snack bar @ home football games, so please make sure there is no soliciting in the stands at the football game to come buy food there.  No issue with you having a snack bar and I understand some people from football will come buy some stuff there...and vice versa... but the largest issue a few years ago was that we had parents coming into the football game to sell stuff - and the boosters weren't advertising in the pool area - hence the conflict

Please get this info out to your parents/coaches ASAP so we have all of this ready prior to the weekend.
