Tournament rules: 7 min quarters, 2 full time outs, sudden death, 1^st team listed wears dark

In the case of a tie at the conclusion of bracket play, advancement will be 1^st determined by goals allowed, next by goal difference, and 3^rd by the points of the games among them.
