You and the team recently voted to donate up to half of your snack
bar profits to Friends of Carmel Aquatics (FOCA) in it's effort to fund
the construction of the outdoor classroom / shade/rain structure at the
pool. Working with Diana Vita we have determined that half represents
$937.68. That qualifies the team to an 8x8 tile on the pool wall in
recognition of your contribution. Please print out a tile order form at
the FOCA website at carmelpool.org and together decide what you want
want your inscription to say and mail the form to FOCA. When we get a
critical mass of new tiles contributed the tile will be installed.
Even though only Jack will probably get the use of the new roof you
can be assured that many after you will get the benefit of your
contribution.

This contribution and a few others recently have brought FOCA within $1500 of our goal of $30000 to partner with CUSD and get the outdoor classroom constructed before swim season. If you are considering a tile to memorialize your son's exploits in the pool or a banner to advertise your company now is the time to print out an order form at carmelpool.org and mail it to FOCA. Next time it rains your son and his backpack or yourself if you are at the pool will have a place to get out of the weather.
