Carmel beats Salinas 8-4! Moves on to CCS / Thank you for Saturday help

The varsity boys took care of business on Saturday, beating the #3 seed Salinas 8-4.  The Padres never trailed and dominated both ends of the pool.

Goal scorers for Carmel were Kevan Auger, Parker Fisher and Ethan Miller who each had 2 goals.  Wyatt Milne scored 1 goal, but assisted on 3 goals.  Carter Whitaker was a wall in the cage only allowing 4 goals.  Excellent interior defense played by Harrison Whitaker.  Great bench play by Jack Sykes Ellison, Marcelo Bassi and Jack Jack Maughan.

The Padres will likely host the first round of CCS on Thursday.  Opponent and time to be announced.

It goes without saying...We need everyone there creating a "Sea of Red"
