Roster input and other info

As mentioned in the previous post, the URL for entering your roster information is:

Lori Luch will be emailing this link to families using last years email list in a separate email  Please only submit the form once even though you may get two requests to fill it out. Please take the time to research all the information requested. We need all of it at one time or another during the season. Fill in all the information and click Submit.

Because of the large trucks using the circular access road around the school and by the pool the administration has requested that polo participants park in the front parking lot.

A reminder and it will be reinforced Monday, the practice times or game times posted on the blog are the times that you are expected to be suited up and ready to participate. Get there early and be ready or there will be extra laps or calisthenics assigned. Be sure to bring the required equipment and your own source of water.

A clarification on your athletic department paperwork. Your package must be submitted and signed off by athletic department staff by the first day of official practice and that is Friday 15 August. If you have to get your physical on Saturday the 16th, you will not be able to practice on the 15th and will need to submit your paperwork on Monday to be able to practice. Those that already have their physicals can submit their package to the athletic department (not at the pool) starting 05 August, at Arena Day or the first three days of school. Avoid the rush.

The game and practice schedule continue to evolve. If there are major last minute changes we will send a blog alert. Otherwise keep checking to make sure you are on the same page.
